Identify new opportunities and accounts in the targeted market. Customer mapping with respect to segments. Planning and carrying out regular visits to existing as well as new customers to build up relationships
and generate new business lead. Co-Ordinate with the Application team for technical proposal, presentations on merits points that
demonstrate the benefits to customer. Independent handling of commercial negotiation.
Focus on converting the opportunities to orders.
Meeting regular sales & business targets Implement and drive value selling approach. Collaborate with Commercial teams on budgets, forecasts on business, reviews
on business developments. Preferably experience from a hydraulics / lubrications / bearings background.
Background knowledge and experience of the EPC market would be added advantage.
Strong Collaboration and Influence Skills. Strong Communication Skills written, verbal, active listening, influence, etc. Travel: Extensive travel for customer visits.
Educa on & Qualifica ons: Any Graduate / B.E / MBA 1 to 5 Years in sales. Preferably with hydraulics/lubrica on/Industrial products background.
