Sales Engineer
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the job role will be Business Development as a part of the business expansion journey of the company
Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities):
Propagate company vision & mission among customers and salespeople in the field.
Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to portfolios - Independent Power producer (IPP) & Captive Power Producer (CPP)
Generate leads & inquiries and approach potential customers to market the product
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
Use technical expertise when explaining project plans and discounts.
Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
Coordinate with various internal depts. for proper & timely execution of orders / PPAs
Qualification/Competencies:
Educational qualifications: any Graduate Preference BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Preferred Industries: Solar/Heavy Machinery industry/any other
Competencies/skills:
Target Oriented & Aggressive approach
Capability of achieving targets based on the guidelines of the company's goals.
Good Communication & Presentation Skills
Ability to build strategic and long-term relationships
Willing to travel across the Country.
Candidates having experience in Renewable energy will be preferred
Candidates having their own vehicle (four-wheeler) will be an added advantage
Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction
Techno-commercial candidates may add an advantage
