Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chiller and HVAC markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate chiller, heat pump, and HVAC solutions.
- Provide expert advice and technical support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and successful project execution.
- Coordinate with the service team to address post-sales issues and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in sales within the chiller, heat pump, and HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
