Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at our Pune location. As a Sales Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will include providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales.

The candidate is required to approach prospective clients with the aim of propelling the vision of the company to new clients.

Initiating contact with potential customers to introduce products or services and understand their needs and requirements.

Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals in line with company objectives and policies.

Managing sales pipelines and tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.

Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and results to sales management.

Follow up with clear and effective approach, to convince the customer and help him to decide.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Technical Support and Communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in the IT or electronic industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in LED industry is preferable.
