Essential Duties And Responsibilities (others May Be Assigned)
Sales:
- Cold calling, Identify clients & Structural Consultants who will benefit from our product line.
- Provide support to Regional office to find new Geotec projects, which might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated region.
- Collect Project information for effective negotiation of price and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Visit regularly key accounts to support customer needs, enhance loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
- Willing to travel 50 -60 % of the time.
- Provide pre-sales technical Know-How, Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required arrange and carry out product installation training
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Liaise with regional sales team and other technical experts.
- Provide support material for other members of the sales team / functional team.
- Consolidate sales forecasts and attend monthly reviews and updates in coordination with planning and logistic departments.
Marketing:
- To establish good rapport and relationship with architects / specifiers and industrial / infrastructural consultants / contractors to specify our products.
- To identify the decision makers in high-end infrastructural / industrial / residential projects and establish cohesive rapport with them.
- Organize technical seminars and participate in exhibitions to promote the Company's products and services, with the support of Dextra Marketing team.
- Analytical: synthesize diverse information; collect and research data; use intuition and experience to complement data; follow workflows and procedures.
Educational And Experience
BE / Dip. in Civil/Mech. 2 to 3 years in building material or construction Industry.
