Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager for the Midwest / North East region in USA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, exploring new market potentials, and maintaining relationships with existing clients within the assigned territory. This role requires a high level of technical understanding and excellent communication skills to provide comprehensive customer support and drive sales growth.

Location: Can be Remote - as long as you are in the Mid-West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers to expand our client base.
  • Market Potential Exploration: Research and analyze new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proposal Creation and Negotiation: Develop and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and determine sales conditions in coordination with the team.
  • Technical Consultation: Advise customers on technical matters with support from our global technical team.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, symposia, and forums to promote our products and services as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Strong product knowledge of Extrusion Process, Twin Screw Extruders, Parts, Plastics / Polymers Manufacturing
  • Sales and Market Experience/Network: A minimum of 3+ years in sales, with an established track record and a robust network within the plastics / polymer industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Understanding: High level of technical comprehension to understand and explain our products and services.
  • Hunter Mentality: Proactive and determined approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets within the southern part of the United States and Mexico, with travel requirements up to 50%
  • Self-Organization: Excellent self-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
