We are looking for dynamic people who want to take on stimulating challenges to fill the Sales Support position. You will be responsible for all promotional and sales activities related to the renewal of the Automation Studio software annual maintenance with customers in order to increase the sales volume of this market. You understand the impact of customer satisfaction and the need to continually identify and analyze customer requests.

Responsabilities

o Encourage sales growth by offering customers the full range of maintenance products related to Famic Technologies

software solutions;

o Build customer loyalty by ensuring that products that meet their needs are presented;

o Ensure renewal of annual customer maintenance contracts;

o Research, identify and qualify new business relationship opportunities;

o Increase services and profitability in existing accounts;

o Produce weekly reports to superior in relation to the activities carried out;

o Prepare proposals;

o Contact customers to organize online presentations or schedule appointments for on-site meetings;

o Keep the contacts database up-to-date;

o Ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process and after delivery of products and services;

o Other related activities;

o Respect the procedures and processes of the quality system of the company.

Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree in Engineering; (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or other relevant)

o Master's degree in marketing, preferable.

o Good experience in customer service or sales;

o Training in sales or related experience;

o Leadership, good communication and decision-making skills;

o Knowledge of relevant sales support tools and IT systems.
