1.Engage with customers and prospects during the pre-sales process to understand their Technical requirements.
2.Work closely with sales account managers to develop and deliver technical
presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and other technical content.
3.Serve as a technical expert on company products and solutions, providing guidance and support to customers and prospects.
4.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of competitor products and solutions.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
6.Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or service.
7.Identifying potential clients for the companys products or services, then contacting them to determine interest in a purchase.
8.Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs.
9.Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project.
10.Conducting feasibility analysis and tests to determine if products or services meet quality standards and SLA.
Required Skill and Qualifications.
1.Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
2.CCNA/CCNP certifications are preferred.
3.2+ years experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role.
4.Experience with networking solutions and infrastructure.
5.Ability to understand complex technical problems and explain solutions in simple terms.
6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7.Strong presentation skills
Salary
2+Years Experience Rs. 25000/- to 30000/-
