Position: Sales engineer- Education: DME / BE / BTech

To maintain a list of clients and meet with them on a regular basis.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Responsible for site visit to meet the prospective customer and presenting them product catalogue to understand the product offering & minutely analyse the requirements of the client.- To maintain a real time list of enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and order deliveries.
To visit sites and factory from time to time to ensure quality control, client relations,
- timely follow - ups and payment realisations.
To always ensure quality product and installation quality.- To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
Promote and sell products/services using solid interaction to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
