Head Sales (CAD / Engineering Services) We are looking for an Engineering Services Sales & Marketing Engineer to scale up the revenue to the next level. The candidate will be responsible for devising sales strategy and implementation. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, digital marketing, negotiating deals.
DSM Soft's engineering services division offers the following services:
Product design & support, Knowledge based engineering, Value Engineering, Finite element analysis, Reverse engineering, Tool engineering, Drawing office services Animation & technical documentation
Flow Control (Valves, Actuators), Automotive
Aerospace
US, Europe and India
. Prepare and Own Sales plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
. Prepares forecasts,monitors performanceand reports to upper management
. Organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
. Generate Leads, presentations to clients, submission of commercial offers.
. Present the product offering, technical details, and negotiate contracts
. Work collaboratively across teams
. Exploit social media and digital marketing to generate leads
. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

. Relevant sales experience
