Graduate in Diploma/BE Engineering in Mechanical or MBA in Marketing. Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
Familiarity with search engine tools.- Proficiency in computer and office software.
Generate new enquiry leads through various channels.- Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the proposal team.
Actively follow up on leads and proposals submitted to prospective clients.
- Convert proposals into business orders.
Convince clients on the merits of proposals and handle objections.- Secure optimal pricing for proposals.
Conduct order transfer meetings (OTM) with relevant departments.
- Regularly review sales targets, annual business plans (ABP), and analyze order losses.
