We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive our strategic growth initiatives.Job Summary:
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and the ability to drive significant revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives. Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to support sales initiatives. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed. Oversee the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the construction, healthcare, petcare, events, entertainment, or home services sectors is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
