The Role
Reporting into the CEO, and based out of Gurugram, a Sales Director carries out the vital role of sustenance and growth of the business. This entails revenue, brand reputation and key relationships.
Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows:
Purpose:
To monetize the products built by the company and ensure consistent revenue growth for the business.
The key expectations of the role:
- Ensure SingleInterface/Spotlight/HyperX consistently achieves market share, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new clients.
- Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our product.
- Manage top level client relationships translating to satisfaction, retention & growth for the client. Achieving growth/expansion of existing accounts by ensuring Customer Success.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenues. Building a strong sales pipeline across the country/ market.
- Build, manage and retain results driven sales and account management professionals.
- Ensure all aspects of business operations are compliant with organizational requirements.

The Individual: (Education and Experience)
Essential
- Strong educational background with a preference for a postgraduate qualification.
- 14+ years of experience in solution sales involving SaaS/ Digital marketing solutions, amongst others.
- Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
- A track record of success in selling business applications and complex solutions.
- Should have been accountable for managing a team, including vertical/category heads.
- Experience of working in a start-up, in a fast-paced environment.
