Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Specialist at Mapping Metrics - AI Powered. The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, communication, customer service, sales, and sales management on a day-to-day basis. The role involves actively engaging with potential clients and fostering relationships to drive business growth and opportunities.

Location : Remote - India (Work from Home)
Experience : 1 to 5 years
Work Timings : 3 PM to 12 AM IST
Qualifications:
  • Lead Generation and Sales skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Sales Management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in emailing, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Strong ability to conduct demos and effectively communicate product benefits
  • Excellent lead generation and follow-up skills
In this opportunity as a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Prospect Identification : Identify and research potential leads and target accounts within our defined customer segments.
  • Outbound Outreach : Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media engagements to connect with prospects and introduce them to our products.
  • Lead Qualification : Assess the suitability of prospects by asking probing questions to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
  • Appointment Setting : Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for our Account Managers to engage with interested prospects.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities within our CRM system.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with Account Managers to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the objective of setting quality meetings.
  • Own the Targets : Keep a close track on targets with a goal to hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance.
  • Customer Engagement : Keep the customer at the forefront of everything you do, building connections and ensuring customer satisfaction.
