As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Vodex, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads, driving opportunities for the sales team. This role requires an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen ability to build relationships, and a strong desire to succeed. You will play a vital role in helping businesses experience the game-changing benefits of Vodex by initiating meaningful conversations and setting up key meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to uncover potential customers and target industries.
- Use a mix of email, social media, and phone outreach to connect with prospects.
- Develop creative outreach strategies to engage potential clients and capture their interest.
- Consistently generate a pipeline of high-quality leads through proactive outbound prospecting.
2. Lead Qualification & Discovery:
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess the prospect s fit with Vodex s AI-driven outbound calling solution.
- Effectively qualify leads based on set criteria and relay this information to the sales team for further action.
3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers through active listening and clear communication.
- Provide prospects with valuable information, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making process.
- Regularly follow up with leads to nurture ongoing interest and maintain long-term engagement.
4. Collaboration & Alignment:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts, lead qualification, and strategy.
- Provide actionable insights gathered from prospect conversations to continuously improve the sales process.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team, facilitating a smooth transition with detailed lead insights.
5. Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, activity, and progress within the CRM system.
- Track and report on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Continuously evaluate lead data quality, ensuring clean, actionable insights for the team.
6. Continuous Improvement & Learning:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to sharpen your product knowledge and sales skills.
- Seek and implement feedback to continuously improve your performance and effectiveness in the role.
