Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team focused on US Staffing and Staff Augmentation services. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and strategic prospecting within the US staffing and staff augmentation market.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social channels to introduce our staffing solutions, understand their needs, and establish interest in our services.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough needs assessments and qualification of prospects to determine their fit with our staffing services and solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments and demonstrations for our sales executives with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted organizations.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel, addressing objections and positioning our services effectively.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales executives, account managers, and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role within the US staffing industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with US staffing, temporary staffing, contract staffing, or staff augmentation services and market dynamics.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent listening skills, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Persistence: A proactive and tenacious approach to reaching and engaging prospects, overcoming objections, and achieving targets.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales engagement tools and techniques.
Education:
