What You Will Do:

  • Initiate conversations with inbound prospects using calls, chats, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Schedule appropriate next steps for leads.
  • Lay the foundation for strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up, generating increased interest.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
  • Excel in using LinkedIn, CRM, and tools like Outreach.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS sales as an SDR/BDR focusing on inbound leads.
  • Experience in the US region is mandatory.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Ability to read emotional cues, understand customer needs, and navigate conversations effectively.
  • Consistent track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • High energy and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Comfortable working in the US time zone.
