Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales development representative to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a proven track record in various marketing functions including lead generation, social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. This role requires a hands-on individual who can effectively manage and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.

- Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to improve performance

Social Media Management:

- Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

- Track and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Email Marketing:

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns.

- Write compelling email content to drive engagement and conversions.

- Analyze email marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better results.

Content Creation:

- Create high-quality content for various channels including blogs, websites, and social media.

- Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging multimedia content such as images, videos, and graphics.

Image and Video Editing:

- Edit and enhance images and videos for various marketing campaigns.

- Use image and video editing tools to create visually appealing content.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, specifically in lead generation, social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
• Lead generation using various tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent email writing skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
