Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Recruitment Services through research, prospecting, and outreach using channels like email, calls, linkedin etc.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and promote Recruitment Services
Set up meetings with potential clients for our Sales team to close the deals
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-opportunity handoff process
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to executive management
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices for selling ServiceNow services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of lead generation (outbound) in domestic & international geographies and achieving sales targets, with at least 4 years of experience in sales development or inside sales
Experience in selling recruitment services specifically in IT Services, is preferred (Deal size of USD10k - 50K)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent prospecting and qualifying skills
Ability to work independently and remotely with a strong work ethic
Excellent time management and organizational skills
