Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the Ecommerce sector and a strong understanding of the US market. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Utilize Sales Navigator to effectively identify and connect with potential leads.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, particularly in the Ecommerce sector.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in SquadCX's services.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings set.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position SquadCX's services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the Ecommerce sector.
- Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proficiency with Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email outreach tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
