Job Title: Sales Development Representative- South East Asia

Location: Bengaluru

Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at TalentRecruit, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a crucial role in driving lead generation and business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales development strategies, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring that generated leads are effectively nurtured and qualified. Your strategic approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.]

This position requires flexibility to work during South East Asia time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to identify target markets and create successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Set and achieve lead generation goals in alignment with company objectives.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, utilizing email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor campaign progress and adjust as needed to maximize effectiveness.

Lead Qualification

  • Ensure that generated leads are nurtured and qualified, effectively passing high-quality leads to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the sales funnel and optimize the lead handoff process.

Data And Analytics

  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
  • Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign performance and outcomes.

Market Research

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Use insights from market research to refine and enhance lead generation strategies.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with company goals.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to drive overall business success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tactics, marketing strategies, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive lead generation strategies aligned with company objectives.
