SDR (INDIA Pune preferred)
Your main responsibility as a Sales Development Representative will be to:
Respond in a timely manner to all inbound inquiries, registrations, chats and other contact collection methods
Cultivate initial engagement with prospects in order to generate qualified opportunities
Enter prospects into Outreach follow up prospecting sequences
Devise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are effectively tracked and monitored
Provide timely reporting on lead status of campaigns, including weekly lead qualification and opportunity reports
Pass qualified leads over to the account executive team
Desired skills, experience and qualifications:
Previous sales and/or marketing experience
Experience in similar demand generation role, preferably in the SaaS/IT sector
Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and Sales tools (Outreach, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong aptitude for learning and ability to grow technical knowledge
Ability to effectively uncover pain points, challenges and unstated needs
Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player
Motivated self starter, demonstrated curiosity and exceptional attention to detail
With exceptional performance, you will have the ability to promote into a Business Development Representative in 9-12 months.
