Thats why were seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling high end B2B service offering.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US and India.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and appointments.
  • Develop a team of SDRs with pre set

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in telecalling or sales development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
