Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling/mass mailing, social media outreach, and email campaigns to identify and generate new business opportunities
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to identify key decision-makers, budget, timeline, and pain points- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to optimize prospecting strategies and improve lead quality
- Utilize CRM systems and sales enablement tools to manage and track lead information, sales activities, and pipeline metrics
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and build relationships with potential customers- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of prospecting campaigns, lead conversion rates, and pipeline health, and recommend improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role in the SaaS sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects to take action
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and understand complex industries and products
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and drive business growth- Proficient in lead generation tools such as Apollo.io and Storeleads and mass email tools such as Mixmax
Proficient in CRM systems such as Zoho, and sales enablement tools such LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency and a high level of attention to detail
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
