Love That Design is a global design marketplace, looking for a Sales Development Representative specialized in Lead Generation and Cold Calling (Remote role), you will play a crucial role in outreaching by cold calling, emailing and engaging with the potential clients and building lasting relationships. This is an excellent opportunity remote working opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills and is self driver.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation - Research and identify potential customers through various channels including online research, social media, events, and inbound leads.
  • Cold Outreach - Initiate contact with potential customers through email, phone calls, or other communication channels to introduce the product and its benefits.
  • Qualifying Leads - Conduct initial qualification of leads to determine their fit for the solution. Understand their needs, challenges, and current infrastructure to assess whether they are a good fit for the system.
  • Product Knowledge - Develop a deep understanding of the product features, functionalities, and use cases to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
  • Discovery Calls - Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their pain points, challenges, and requirements. Identify how the product can address their specific needs.
  • Relationship Building - Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, providing relevant information and resources to nurture their interest in the product.
  • Set Meetings - Book confirmed meetings for the sales team with potential clients for demo presentation.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team - Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and facilitate a smooth handoff of prospects for further sales discussions, product demonstration, and closing the deals.

You are an ideal candidate for this role, if you possess the below qualities:

  • Is an expert lead generator and cold calling specialist already (preferably in SAAS Industry).
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Enjoys connecting with people and suggesting solutions.
  • Possess fluent and clear communication in English.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
