Job Title : Sales Development Representative Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential customers.
Present our company to potential prospects
Engage in deep-dive qualification conversations to assess potential fit and pain points.
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and lead details.
Report to the Sales Head on sales results.
- You will fit in the role if you:
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or a related industry.
Proven track record of success in lead generation and qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
Passion for B2B SaaS and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets.
Have working in Saas or Tech or Product based Companies
Have 3-4 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales
