Job Description:
Rently is strategically growing and seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our sales team. We are looking for coachable, energetic, and driven individuals hungry for a career in technology sales. A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a type of salesperson who focuses on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers. Typically responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Represent the company's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Hunt leads utilizing industry and regional knowledge
- Convey product value over memorized sales pitch to create trusted partnerships
- Leverage Rently product knowledge and historical trends/patterns to communicate with prospective customers and set product demos virtually
- Book 12+ Rently product demos per month
- Demo Rently product alongside partner Account Executive within given territory
- Cross-functionally collaborate with internal teams
Skill Set Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of generating leads in Sales development
- Software as a Service (SaaS) or complex tech sales experience
- Strong communication skills via phone and email with experience of prospecting for US customers. US accent is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Property tech or real estate experience
- Customer relation management system experience (Salesforce, etc.)
- Sales tool software experience (Google Workspace, Constant Contact, Dialpad, etc.)
- Outbound customer procurement (volume calling, multi-touchpoint email campaigns)
- Strong communication of complex ideas
- Energizing and engaging personality
- Resilient and able to handle objection mindfully
Education:
Any Graduate/Post Graduates is preferred
Hours:
- Operating in US hours
- Be ready to work on night shifts and during weekends based on the work schedule
