Role and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients, industry verticals, and markets for RapidCanvas.
- Utilize various tools and strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Sales Process Management:
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads consistently to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Automation and Tools:
- Implement and manage automated processes to enhance lead generation and follow-up activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on strategies and goals.
- Provide feedback from prospects to the product team to help shape the development of RapidCanvas solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
Market Analysis:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and new business development strategies.
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Representative or similar role in a tech company with strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), and sales automation tools (e.g., n8n, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solver with great analytics and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with AI, ML, and data science concepts is a plus.
