Profit.co develops and markets SaaS apps such as OKRs, Business Strategy, Task Management, Performance Management & Employee Engagement. We sell to all types of companies from startups to Fortune 500 companies in the commercial sector and non-profit and Government sectors too. To strengthen our existing sales team we are looking to hire dynamic young professionals who are Freshers with up to One year of experience in addition to possessing an extraordinary passion for seeing their career with a fast-growing SaaS company.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative's main responsibility will be Inside Sales and lead generation. They will communicate directly with new and prospective clients to generate interest in our OKR software while identifying new sales opportunities. The role is located in Chennai with flexibility for some remote work.

Desired Candidate

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong phone presence

Good email etiquette is mandatory

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferably an MBA in Sales & Marketing

Successful candidates will have to demonstrate motivation and diligence and should

pay attention to minute details.

Responsibilities

Create a territory plan and strategy to meet and/or exceed the quota

Work and follow up with internal inbound MQL's

Working with the SDR team to follow up on generated SQL

Work with clients to understand their needs and problems

Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual quota

Preferred Experience and Skill Set

Freshers who could have a flair to sell SaaS products- up to one year plus of experience in selling SaaS computer software.

Experience in Enterprise Software Sales is desired but not a must.

Excellent communication skills.
