The Role
This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. We sell remotely, so you'll spend most of your time on the phone or video calls. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented SDR rockstar to join our SDR Outbound team and play a key role in helping us scale our business.
Responsibilities
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market
- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting
- Be the face of Sprinto and pitch the company and our products to the prospects
- Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Outbound prospecting, preferably in SaaS
- Experience in Email Outreach and Cold Calling
- A fair bit of understanding of SaaS Sales
- Highly confident, motivated, and curious Sales Professional
- Experience using Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator is preferred
- Ability to read emotional cues, understand a customer's needs, and navigate a conversation
