Job Summary:



As a Sales Development Representative at OpenIntervue, you will play a crucial role in scaling the business by finding the right talent through AI-driven interviews. You will be responsible for promoting the benefits of OpenIntervue's automated interview system to potential clients and showcasing how it can streamline their recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:



- Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients interested in OpenIntervue's solutions.

- Educate and demonstrate the features and benefits of OpenIntervue to prospects through effective sales techniques.

- Qualify leads and set up product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of OpenIntervue's automated interview system.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies that drive lead generation.

- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and effectively communicate how OpenIntervue can address their recruitment challenges.

Skills:



- Proven experience in sales or business development roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with potential clients.

- Strong problem-solving abilities to understand client pain points and propose effective solutions using OpenIntervue's offerings.

- Familiarity or experience with AI-driven technologies would be an advantage.
