Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to identify and target potential client companies across various industries.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and hiring requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
  • Present compelling proposals that showcase our value proposition and expertise in fulfilling their staffing needs.
  • Negotiate and secure new client partnerships, exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Maintain close communication with internal teams (recruiters, account managers) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Track and analyze data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement in the lead generation process.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Adept at research, data analysis, and utilizing CRM software.
  • A go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and with a strong work ethic.
