nSales Development Representative

nLocation: Bangalore

nAre you ready to be at the forefront of innovation in a high-growth SaaS company At Locus, we're looking for Sr. Sales Development Representatives who are excited to drive enterprise-level growth in the USA markets. You'll be the critical link between Locus and some of the largest companies in the world, playing a key role in driving outbound lead generation for our cutting-edge B2B SaaS solution in the logistic & supply chain space.Its a individual contributor role.

nKey Responsibilities:

  • nUnderstanding Locus product offering and use cases we solve
  • nResponsible for driving Enterprise lead generation and revenue contribution in North America
  • nUnderstanding customer needs and requirements
  • nTerritory management and total addressable market penetration
  • nBuilding and managing strong relationships with prospects/clients and helping product with continuous feedback
  • nGenerating new business meetings leading to opportunities and closures.
  • nOutbound Demand generation (Sales Development) for a B2B SaaS product
  • nResearch, Planning and preparing presentations
  • nCommunicating new product/service developments/offerings to prospective clients.
  • nIdentifying new market segments for Locus
  • nMultitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a client from lead generation to opportunity creation stage
  • nManage a database of leads in CRM (Salesforce), efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them they're established in the sales pipeline
  • nKnowledge of Sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Aircall, Chorus, and others.
  • nComfortable and willing to work in the US shift (5 pm IST - 2 am IST)
  • nHands-on experience with outbound email campaigns, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn reach outs, and cold calls.


nSkills Required:

  • nMinimum 5 years of experience with the North American (USA + Canada)
  • nLogistics/Supply Chain industry experience is a plus
  • nBackground in technology / SaaS outbound Sales Development
  • nHas a fair understanding of the B2B SaaS Sales Cycle in the NA
  • nAbility to gain access to decision-makers and end users via Phone
  • nSales methodology training is a plus (BANT, MEDDPICC)
  • nProficiency in English
  • nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • nCustomer-First approach
  • nSharp business acumen and target oriented
  • nProblem-solving aptitude
  • nProficient in Salesforce CRM, MS Office, Google Suite, Salesloft/Outreach is a must
  • nStrong organizational and multitasking skills
