Job Description

Profile Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and address our client's engagement and retention challenges using Locobuzz solutions.

Generate new business through various channels such as telephone outreach, email campaigns, research, and social media.

Identify potential buyers within the target market and follow up on leads through calls and emails.

Conduct research to pinpoint prospects in both international and domestic markets.

Determine budget and timeline by identifying key buying influencers within the prospects.

Initiate and maintain prospect relationships through effective communication and follow-ups to advance opportunities in the sales funnel.

Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance and expand the sales pipeline, consistently meeting monthly/quarterly revenue goals.

Work closely with the Marketing team to drive inbound leads.

Manage CRM data for new and prospective clients, ensuring accurate information, well-documented communications, and attached relevant documents.

Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards for effective tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.

Strong research abilities to identify potential prospects through various channels.

Understanding customer needs and challenges to position Locobuzz solutions effectively.

Proactive approach to lead follow-up, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities.

Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
