As a Sales Development Representative at Kibo, your primary responsibility will be to hunt for leads within our top accounts. You will work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing team to specifically target and prospect decision makers of prospective and current clients. Using an executive engagement and consultative, customer-focused selling approach, you will qualify leads by delving into the complex challenges, needs, and pains of prospects.

Prospect and source new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
Create a great first impression with our prospects through personalized and professional interactions using effective communication skills
Participate in high level qualification and discovery calls to understand customer needs and pains resulting in a successful sale and cultivated relationship in a cross functional environment to support new opportunity creation
Partner with Account Executives and other cross-functional teams to create and prioritize target lists or accounts for strategic alignment
Deliver, exceed, and crush your weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
Scheduling and management of activities in Salesforce
Event participation (i.e., industry events, trade shows, Kibo-hosted events, etc.)
WHAT YOU LL NEED
- 2+ years Sales Development experience in the North American market; experience working in SaaS/Technology sector
- Willingness to work in the West coast hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energy, passion and a great attitude is a must
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives
- A desire to be in sales is necessary for the role
- Have experience in CRM tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, etc.)
- Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities
