Job Description

We are urgently looking for International Outbound Caller for our corporate client based in Mumbai.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Outbound Caller to join our team. As an Outbound Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, prospects, and leads, with the goal of generating sales, nurturing relationships, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international clients and prospects across different regions.
  • Generate leads and sales by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant products or services.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Achieve set sales and call targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads and calls to ensure successful conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.
  • Keep track of performance metrics and report on progress to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an outbound caller or in a similar sales/customer service role, ideally with international calling experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and outbound calling systems is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting targets and achieving goals.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus, depending on the regions being targeted).
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, particularly in an international setting, is preferred.
