Lead Generation and Qualification:. Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to identify potential enterprise clients. Perform comprehensive research to understand prospects specific needs and pain points. Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile criteria.
Outreach and Conversation Booking:. Execute a predetermined number of daily/weekly outbound dials and emails to prospects. Engage in meaningful conversations to assess interest and qualify leads for product demonstrations. Consistently achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities aligned with company revenue objectives.
Pipeline Development:. Create and nurture a pipeline of qualified enterprise leads for the Business Development Managers. Secure commitments from prospects for qualified demonstrations and facilitate the scheduling process. CRM Management:.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system. Track and report on key performance metrics such as demos booked and outreach units. Customer-Centric Approach:. Prioritize prospects needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions effectively.
Provide initial information about our TMS platform, addressing enterprise-specific concerns and use cases. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:. Work closely with sales managers, Business Development Managers, and team members to align strategies and achieve shared objectives. Provide valuable feedback based on prospect interactions and market insights to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
Stay informed of industry trends and market dynamics, proactively seeking opportunities for learning and development. Desired Qualifications:. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
Strong interest in enterprise software, logistics, and the SaaS business model. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a metrics-driven environment. Key Skills and Competencies:.
