Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Aviate. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience, and the employment type is remote.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role
  • Mid-level experience with 4 to 6 years in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively articulate and present complex solutions to clients

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnel management

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve the product and service offerings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
