Recruit Agents/IM and source business for the Company
Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per the plan
Activate agents every month as per the given plan
Ensure Active Adviser productivity is maintained as per the plan
Understand, Monitor & Development the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression
Generate Revenue a Acquire New Customers for the Life Division
Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management
Review with the Reporting Manager every week
Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis
Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company
