Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Customer Service Manager in Mumbai. The Sales Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, customer service, and customer support. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Should be BBA, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Customer satisfaction, customer service management, and customer support skills
  • Strong analytical skills to be built using Tally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in the printing and packaging industry is a plus
