Role Overview

The Senior Sales Counsellor will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential clients, understanding their fitness needs, and presenting tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a passion for helping people lead healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction:

- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

- Build trust and rapport with potential clients by understanding their fitness goals and challenges.

2. Sales Strategy:

- Present OMFIT's fitness programs and services in a compelling manner.

- Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.

- Upsell and cross-sell additional services or programs to maximize value for the client.

3. Lead Management:

- Maintain and update client databases with accurate details of leads and follow-ups.

- Develop strategies to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with fitness coaches, nutritionists, and other team members to align on service delivery.

- Provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement of campaigns.

5. Market Insights:

- Stay updated on fitness trends and competitor offerings to refine sales pitches.

- Experience: Minimum 35 years in a sales role, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
