A brief snapshot of the role:
A Sales Coordinator in this role plays a critical part in coordinating and supervising Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to drive sales, monitor revenue, and help achieve targets. This position involves conducting training sessions with both external and in-house trainers, ensuring assignments are completed on time, identifying new input suppliers, and connecting them with FPOs. The candidate must be proficient in sales support, coordination, and analysis, possessing strong organizational and communication skills to effectively support the sales function.
