An ISO 9001 -2015 Company SALES COORDINATOR A detail-oriented Sales Coordinator contributes to the achievement of sales targets by supporting Sales Representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. Sales Coordinator also provides the necessary support to the field sales, service team and acts as a point of contact for technical , sales team and customers ,keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. This position facilitate the teams activities inorder to maximize the performance and long-lasting development of the company. The Sales Coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities and at times is responsible for selling products. Sales Coordinator Responsibilities: 1. Act as the liaison between Customer,Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers, and Operations. 2. Provide sales support by assigning quote request to appropriate Sales Engineers or Operations staff 3. Coordinate with Sales/Service team by managing sales schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information 4. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Engineers are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. 5. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, 6. and product numbers. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. 7. Follow-up on payments from the customers where the deliveries are completely 8. Collaborating with other departments on queries and deliveries are handled efficiently. 9. Proactively reach out to existing customers for repeat orders/new orders. 10. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department. 11. Ensure the adequacy/Stock of sales-service related equipment or goods 12. Respond to complaints from customers and coordinate for after-sales support with respective technical personnel when requested 13. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports to management 14. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Additional responsibilities to be part of JD 15. Collaborating with sales, marketing on queries and deliveries are handled efficiently. 16. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material. 17. Generate accurate and timely pricing based on the effective utilization of basic product pricing ( simplify) 18. Monitor the sales progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements 19. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events 20. Work with technical staff to understand internal capabilities 21. Have a proven track record in successful collaboration across teams, divisions and platforms. 2. Computer skills working on tool and Microsoft software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, 3.
