Role: Sales Coordinator

Work Location: Mumbai Ghatkopar West

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Order Processing:Manage order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Customer Communication:Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or issues.
• Sales Documentation:Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
• Inventory Management:Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Data Management:Update and manage customer databases and sales records.
• Reporting:Generate sales reports, MIS and analyse data to support the sales team in strategic planning.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or industrial spare parts sector.
• Strong understanding of Machine and their applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
