- Job Overview: The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing and updating data, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and creating analytical dashboards. The successful candidate will ensure smooth sales operations and provide essential documentation support to the sales team.
Updating Data in ERP and Trackers:
- Maintain and update sales-related data in the ERP system.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entries and updates.
- Quotation Making and Sharing:
Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements.- Share quotations with customers promptly and follow up as needed.
Follow-Up on Inquiries:- Track and follow up on sales inquiries to ensure timely responses.
Maintain communication logs and update the sales team on inquiry statuses.Data Entry:
Enter and manage sales data in various systems and trackers.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
Creating Dashboards for Analysis:
- Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance analysis.
Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.
- Support Sales Team in Documentation:
Assist in preparing and managing sales-related documents.- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
- Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and data management tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for creating dashboards and reports.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Familiarity with sales processes and documentation requirements.
Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.- Experience with quotation preparation and customer follow-up.
Knowledge of the industrial manufacturing sector, particularly conveyor chains and material handling equipment, is a plus.
Proficiency in ERP systems and data management.
- Ability to create and analyze sales performance dashboards.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.- Knowledge of sales documentation processes.
