Job Overview
Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Tarn Taran Sahib, Punjab, India, with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Knowledge of the visa and immigration process is preferred
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in achieving their sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting potential students in the visa and immigration process
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through various channels
- Maintain a database of potential leads and update it regularly
- Organize and attend sales events, seminars, and workshops
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts and invoices
- Support the sales team in any other tasks as required
