Job Overview

Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. This is a Mid-Level role with 4 to 6 years of experience. This is a Full-Time position based in Chandigarh.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the visa and immigration industry is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our services and products.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the sales team.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Track and monitor sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
