We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Kotkapura, Punjab, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and managing customer inquiries
- Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Prepare sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain and update customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including organizing meetings and preparing sales presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
