Responsibilities
- Responsible for both inbound/outbound queries and performing follow-ups.
- Ability to communicate proactively with the internal team.

- Document and maintain reports proactively.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Address customer complaints, issues, and escalations promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Order Processing and Management: Assist the sales team in processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Track order status and provide updates to customers as necessary.
- Sales Administration: Maintain and update sales records, including customer databases, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare sales-related documents such as sales contracts, quotations, and proposals.
- Sales Support and Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide sales representatives with necessary support and information to help them achieve their targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to address customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate information.
- Sales Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to identify potential areas for improvement and growth.
