We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales representatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the B2B retail channel for beauty products. You will be the bridge between our sales force and customers, working diligently to achieve sales targets and build strong partnerships.
Customer Relations:
- Become the primary point of contact for assigned B2B retail customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and fostering positive relationships.
Sales Support:
Collaborate closely with sales representatives, providing live updates on stock availability, sales trends, and customer needs.
- Assist the sales team in understanding processes, tools, and implementing effective in-field execution strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock and sales information daily using the SFA platform. Including maintaining the daily updates from the stores using photographs received from sales representatives.- Analyze SFA data to identify sales trends and generate insightful reports for sales management.
Create and distribute timely management reports, including revenue reports, P&L statements, and sales reports.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to create templates and formats for efficient data management and reporting.- Provide valuable suggestions and initiatives to optimize the use of the SFA platform.
- What you bring to the table:
1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales support role.- Strong understanding of B2B retail dynamics and customer relationship management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with advanced functions.
Experience with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for detail-oriented work.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for learning new technologies and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Bonus points if you have:
Experience in the FMCG beauty industry.
- A valid driver's license (if required for occasional travel).
